Hello and Welcome to Vineland Middle School's Special Education Class. 

My name is Mr. Herschel Billingsley.  I am the Exceptional Student Services (ESS) Teacher for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. 

I am a retired Colonel from the United States Army Medial Service Corps after 30 years.  

I have taught in the Military for five years.

 I taught in public education in the grand state of Texas, in the wonderful city of San Antonio, for 13 years. 

I have worked in Colorado, Pueblo School District 70 since 2004 and I am enjoying every minute of it!

I have two grown children and six fantastic grand children.

My favorite hobbies are traveling, fishing, and reading for pleasure.
