Mr. Billingsley

Hello and Welcome to Vineland Middle School's Exceptional Student Services.  I am a retired Colonel from the United States Army Medial Service Corps with 30 years service.  I have taught in the Military for five years and in public education in the grand state of Texas, in the wonderful city of San Antonio, for 13 years.  I have worked in Pueblo School District 70 since 2004 and I am enjoying every minute of it!!  I have two grown children and six fantastic grand children.  My favorite hobbies are traveling, fishing, and reading for pleasure.

Howdy ya'll!!  I am a transplanted Texan who has lived in Colorado for over 25 years.   This will be my 10th year at Vineland Middle and it is the best.    I have been married for almost 20 years and have three boys, a daughter-in-law and 2 grandkids.  In my spare time, I enjoy watching my sons play sports, taking drives in the mountains, making crafts and collecting antiques. I am looking forward to an exciting year  with many new learning experiences in the ESS department.
